Q: How long will my visit take?
A: Usually in & out within 1 hour – depending if an appointment was scheduled

Q: Will you call me with the results of my drug screen?
A: If the employee is paying for the test, we can issue results directly to the employee. If the employer is paying, the results go to the employer.

Q: How long does it take to process a Drug Test?
A: It depends on how the test was ordered. Express results are immediate. If we perform collection only, it can take 24-48 hours.

Q: Can you bill this to the employee’s personal insurance?
A: No. We only bill to worker’s compensation or to the company directly.

Q: What are your hours?
A: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Q: Where are you located?
A: We have three locations to serve you better. Holt, Lansing & Quincy. Please refer to our address & maps on our website for directions.

Q: Can I get a copy of my medical records?
A: Upon employer’s request or by signing an authorization for release of medical records.

Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: Yes. Visa, Master Card & American Express
